KEYNOTE SPEAKER: US Astronaut Winston Scott. Winston is a retired US Navy Captain and aviator. He was selected to become a NASA astronaut in 1992. He served as mission specialist for 2 Space Shuttle flights. He has logged over 24 days in space and has done 3 spacewalks totaling 19 hours.
